"Ener-Con Companies has 2 future residential developments that are projected to begin construction in 2008.

The Greenfield Highlands project will be located behind Budget Cinemas on Hwy. 100 and Layton Avenue between Armour Avenueand Coldspring Road in Greenfield, Wisconsin.  At this time, it is anticipated that Greenfield Highlands will consist of approximately 6 single-family lots, 156 condominium units and a small commercial parcel.  The condominium units will be 2 bedroom and 2 Bedroom plus den units.  The project will be located near many retail establishments, restaurants, biking & walking paths along the Root River parkway and neighboring parks.  It will be situated for easy access to I43-894 to downtown Milwaukee and surrounding suburbs.

The Landing at Bain Station project will be located near the intersection of the 88th Avenue and Bain Station Road in Pleasant Prairie, located in southeastern Wisconsin near the Illinois border.  The Bain Station project will consist of single-family lots and condominium units.  Pleasant Prairie is ideally located between Chicago and Milwaukee and still maintains a rural feel.  Many of the residents of Pleasant Prairie commute to their jobs in northern Illinois or Milwaukee."
