Ener-Con Companies, Inc has been in business for over 20 years.. The company was originally formed by Michael Dilworth in 1975, as he was working as an electrician. Mr. Dilworth started his own construction company in 1984 and was incorporated as Ener-Con Builders, Inc. in 1986. Ener-Con Properties,S.C. was also formed in 1986 as a property management company to manage both multi-family and commercial buildings.
Realty Associates Group was formed in 1998 in order to list and sell the condominium units built by Ener-Con Builders, Inc. The three divisions (Builders, Property Management and Sales) were merged into Ener-Con Companies in 2003. Ener-Con Companies, currently manages over 500 apartment units, over 200 condominium units and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Dilworth has recently expanded his developments into Florida with luxury single-family homes and condominiums located on the Gulf of Mexico.
